Members Only. Personal Training sessions are an additional service available to members only. Your membership at the Club must be current to be able to use your personal training sessions. Except to the extent that they are inconsistent with this Personal Training Agreement, the Workout Indooroopilly Membership Terms & Conditions, Club Rules and Privacy Policy will apply to your Personal Training Agreement.

Members Only. Only paid members will be allowed to use the Center. Members are PROHIBITED from bringing guests into the Center unless they have purchased a guest pass PRIOR to access. Guests may purchase a daily usage permit from the City Building during regular office hours. If purchasing a family membership, only immediate family members, which include dependent children and spouses only in the current household who are 18 years and older will be allowed access to the fitness center. Dependents over the age of 22 must be legal dependents. If your membership renewals are not paid, your key access will be turned off until fees are paid. It is the responsibility of each primary member to make sure fees are paid on time so access is not interrupted.

  • New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.

  • Interest of Members of a City No member of the governing body of the City and no other officer, employee, or agent of the City who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the planning and carrying out of the program, shall have any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Contract, and the Contractor shall take appropriate steps to assure compliance.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF DISSOCIATING MEMBERS INTEREST Upon determination of the dissociating Members’ interest value, the value will be a debt of the Company. The dissociating Member will only be able to demand payment of this debt at dissolution of the Company or by the following method:

A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.
