Minimum Purchases. 8.1 The minimum purchases to be made by Dealer during each twelve (12) month period of the Term of this Agreement, commencing with the second (2nd) twelve (12) month period of the Term, are as follows:
Minimum Purchases. Distributor agree that, in order for Distributor to maintain its rights granted herein, Distributor shall be required to satisfy the minimum purchase requirements set forth in Schedule B (Minimum Purchase Requirements of Distributor) attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Minimum Purchases. (i) Following the [*] of the First Commercial Sale in any country within the E.U. of an Initial Product following receipt of E.U. Regulatory Approval, Ethicon agrees to purchase from Focal the following minimum unit quantities of Product per year for the term of this Agreement:
Minimum Purchases. The minimum order quantity shall be one unit of Product, unless otherwise stated in the VSHA. Nortel Networks shall have no obligation to purchase any Products from Flextronics, other than as set out in Section 1.3.
Minimum Purchases. Exhibit C sets forth the minimum quantity of ForeCYTE Products that must be purchased by Distributor on or before the dates and at the prices set forth in Exhibit C.
Minimum Purchases. 5.1 At a minimum, Distributor will submit binding orders to the Corporation for Products, as set forth on the attached Exhibits B and C.
Minimum Purchases. Distributor hereby agrees to purchase from Company, during each portion of the Term, the Minimum Purchase Volumes of Products as specified on the cover pages of this Agreement. However, Distributor shall not be required to purchase the Minimum Purchase Volumes to the extent material actions or inactions by Company make it commercially unreasonable for Distributor to meet its annual minimum purchases.
Minimum Purchases. Distributor shall purchase a sufficient amount of Products from Developer so as to meet or exceed the minimum purchase requirements set forth below, provided, however; that purchases of Products in excess of the minimum purchase requirement set forth below for any period shall be credited towards the minimum purchase requirements set forth below for subsequent periods. For the purposes of this provision, a "purchase" of Products within specified time period shall mean paying Developer for such Products on or before the last day of such period. Minimum Purchases. Den-Mat shall have the obligation to purchase [***] Trays manufactured using the GlamSmile Tray Technology from Remedent (subject to reduction as provided in Section 7.3.2) during each of the first three Contract Periods; provided, however, if the final Contract Period terminates prior to its scheduled termination date other than as a result of a termination pursuant to Section 13.2.1, then such obligation shall be prorated based on the number of days in such Contract Period prior to such termination divided by the number of days that would be in such Contract Period if such Contract Period had not terminated prior to its scheduled termination.
