Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information, make payments to individuals and merchants who have previously been set up through our online bill pay services and make other permitted financial transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported Internet Enabled devices (including phones, “Internet Enabled Devices”). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming. The most up-to-date list of services which you may be able to access through Mobile Banking is posted on the Mobile Access enrollment website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.
Mobile Banking Services. We may allow you to access certain of our Online Banking Services through a mobile or smartphone software application or other Required Technology. Certain of our Online Banking Services may be unavailable or limited when you use Online Banking Services with a mobile device or smartphone. Please note you will have to comply with any minimum hardware and software compatibility requirements established by any software vendor in connection with any such mobile or smartphone software application or other Required Technology. We may also require you to register each mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology with which you intend to access Mobile Banking Services. As with any other Required Technology, you are required to comply with the provisions of any and all license agreements regarding your use of any mobile or smartphone software application used to access Mobile Banking Services. Our Security Devices and Procedures may also require you to provide certain account information, login information, or PIN numbers to access Mobile Banking Services. You understand and agree that we cannot control your physical environment to prevent interception of the contents of transmissions to and from your mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology in connection with your use of Mobile Banking Services. You understand that if you fail to use adequate internal Security Devices and Procedures, as required by this Agreement, your use of a mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology may not be secure. By accessing Online Banking Services through Mobile Banking Services, you assume any and all risk associated with your use of mobile devices, smartphones, or other Required Technology in connection with Online Banking Services, including but not limited to the risk of interception of the contents of your transmissions to and from our systems. You understand and agree that for any mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology that you want to use with Mobile Banking Services, you must enable and use a key lock, passcode, or other software locking process to restrict use of such Required Technology. You understand and agree that each time you finish your use of Mobile Banking Services you are required to completely exit and terminate the software application or any other program you used to access Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking Services. We offer mobile banking services. You must agree to the Mobile Banking Agreement included in this EFT Agreement when you enroll in mobile banking. You may also be required to comply with other instructions and agreements provided on-line when you log onto the mobile banking service. This Agreement also applies to the mobile banking service.
Mobile Banking Services. Your enrollment in our Online Banking Services may include access to products and services through a mobile device ("Mobile Services"), such as compatible smart phones and tablets. Mobile Services may include without limitation, short message service (SMS) text messaging, mobile web banking, mobile check deposit and banking initiated by means of a downloadable application. By using our Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Mobile Services, such as SMS test messaging, mobile check deposit and the downloadable mobile application. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your wireless provider in order to deliver them to you and that your wireless provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You represent that you are the owner, or authorized user of the mobile device you use to receive the Mobile Services, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address or other delivery location so that we may send you certain information about your applicable account or otherwise related to Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorneys‘ fees) arising from your provision of a phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under the preceding sentence shall survive termination of the Agreement. You understand and agree certain services may not be encrypted and may include confidential information about you such as your account activity or status. Delivery and receipt of information, including instructions for payment, transfer and other move money transactions, through the Mobile Services may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your Internet service provider(s), phone carriers, other parties, or because of other reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Mobile Banking Services. We have the right, from time to time, to introduce, remove, modify, or replace Mobile Banking features or services without notice. You may use Mobile Banking to:  Locate California Coast Credit Union branch and shared branch locations.  Locate ATMs.  Check balances and transaction history.  Transfer funds between your savings, checking, money market, and loan accounts.  Deposit items via Mobile Deposit.  Make single, one-time xxxx payments through the mobile app.

Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking is offered as a supplemental service to our Online Banking Services. Not all Online Banking Services are offered via Mobile Banking. In order to utilize Mission Fed’s Mobile Banking Services, you must be enrolled in Mission Federal Online Banking. We reserve the right to limit the types of services and accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of this Service at any time.
Mobile Banking Services. As used in this Agreement, “Mobile Banking” means that aspect of the Services that allow you to use a mobile device or wireless device (like an iPhone®, iPad® or AndroidTM device) to access the BMO Xxxxxx Online Banking service. Mobile Banking includes our mobile banking applications, mobile web access, Text Messaging (as defined below), Remote Deposit Service (as defined below) and Mobile Cash Withdrawal (as defined below). A “mobile device” means a device specified by us (not a personal computer) including a mobile phone, tablet or personal digital assistant (PDA) that has text messaging capabilities and/or is Internet (Web) enabled. “Text Messaging” or “SMS” means a process that allows you to send and receive messages from us related to your accounts, of up to 160 characters each, using your mobile device. All account fees and service charges will apply to products and services that are accessible through Mobile Banking. If you use Text Messaging, we will send you a message only once per request.
Mobile Banking Services. The Services enable you to use a mobile Device to perform certain transactions on your Accounts, access information about your Accounts and initiate or perform additional banking functions. To access our full suite of Mobile Banking Services (defined below), your cellular telephone or other wireless communication device must be Internet enabled and connected to the Internet through your mobile communication service provider. To use any of our Mobile Banking Services, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking with the Bank.
