Common use of Natural Gas Clause in Contracts

Natural Gas. 23.1 If the Contractor discovers a commercially viable quantity of Natural Gas, the Contractor shall have the right to develop, commercialize, recover the costs and share in the profits of a development of such Natural Gas under this Contract on terms to be mutually agreed. Such terms when agreed shall become an integral part of this Contract.

Such terms when agreed and which shall become an integral part be consistent with the principles, mechanics and intent of the Petroleum Regulations, Tax Regulations and this Contract.
