Any notice or notification to be given under this Option Agreement will be in writing and shall be signed by or on behalf of a Party giving it and will be deemed to be sufficiently served by one Party on the other if it is either sent by fax, delivered personally or by an international or courier service and addressed to the Party to whom it is to be given, in the case of the Participant at his last known residence.
