Courier Services definition

Courier Services means any specialised service for the collection, despatch, conveyance, handling and delivery of postal articles;

More Definitions of Courier Services

Courier Services means the courier services provided by any third party courier or logistic company in connection with the Collections Services.

Data Protection Legislation means all legislation and regulatory requirements in force (in jurisdictions where the Users and / or 3PLs use the Platform Services) and amended from time to time, and any re-enactment thereof, relating to the collection, use, disclosure and / or processing of Personal Data including, without limitation, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).

Courier Services. “Scope and standard of Services” means the services to be performed or rendered by the Service Provider, in relation to the banking business and operations of IDBI Bank and matters related or incidental to the foregoing as described in Clause 2 (Scope and standard of Services) and Annexure A, and any alteration thereof.
