Notification to Holders. Within two Business Days after Servicer becomes aware of any Servicer Default, Servicer shall give notice thereof to Trustee, each Rating Agency and any Enhancement Provider entitled thereto pursuant to the relevant Supplement and Trustee shall give notice to the Investor Holders. Upon any termination or appointment of a Successor Servicer pursuant to this Article, Trustee shall give prompt notice thereof to the Investor Holders.
