Ratification of Indenture. The Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.
Ratification of Indenture. As supplemented by this Indenture Supplement, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Indenture as so supplemented by this Indenture Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

This Twelfth Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be construed as an indenture supplemental to the Indenture, and as supplemented and modified hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture and this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

This First Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be constructed as an indenture supplement to the Indenture, and as supplemented and modified hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and constructed as one and the same instrument.
Ratification of Indenture. Except as specifically modified herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
