Office Space and Services. 7.1 The University will provide the Association with suitable, rent-free office space that is not less than the current area in square metres occupied by the Association.

These office areas and services, with the exception of the postage charges mentioned above, will be provided at no charge to Purchaser for a period of five years commencing on the Closing Date. Purchaser acknowledges that Xx. Xxxxxx will also use such office space to support his activities as a director of Trans-Lux Corporation so long as Xx. Xxxxxx remains a director of Trans-Lux Corporation.
Office Space and Services. During the Term, the Manager shall provide its own office space and other facilities as well as such office services which are necessary for the furnishing of the Services hereunder, all at its sole cost and expense.
