Common use of Option Agreement Clause in Contracts

Option Agreement. Options granted pursuant to this Plan shall be evidenced by written Option Agreements executed by both the Company and the Optionee. Option Agreements shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and shall contain such other provisions as the Committee may deem advisable and which are not inconsistent with the terms hereof.
