Stock Option Agreements. In the event of a conflict adverse to Employee between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any agreement granting Employee stock options, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Stock Option Agreements. In addition to the Stock Options assumed by Buyer under Section 2.4, Buyer shall have granted stock options pursuant to Buyer Stock Option Plan in the forms of option agreements attached hereto as Exhibit C, Exhibit D and Exhibit E, to certain of Seller's employees as set forth on Schedule 6.2(d), for an aggregate of 338,500, 175,000 and 160,000 shares of Common Stock, respectively.
Stock Option Agreements. The Corporation has entered into Stock Option Agreements with the following individuals**: ** Options outstanding include options to be granted to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Development Officer in February 2014 in accordance with their respective employment agreements. As reflected in the table above, the number of shares subject to the Sign-On Option (as defined in the employment agreement entered into by the Company with its current Chief Executive Officer) is estimated today to be 78,431. Such share number may change once the calculation of the number of shares subject to such option is finally completed pursuant to the terms of such agreement.
Stock Option Agreements. (i) By FBS, at any time after 6:00 a.m. New York City time on March 20, 1997, if the USBC Option Agreement shall not have been executed and delivered by USBC to FBS prior to such termination or (ii) by USBC, at any time after 6:00 a.m. New York City time on March 20, 1997, if the FBS Option Agreement shall not have been executed and delivered by FBS to USBC prior to such termination.
Stock Option Agreements. Stock Option Agreements shall mean any agreement between the Company and any employee, director or consultant of the Company entered into from time to time in compliance with the terms hereof, pursuant to which any such employee, director or consultant is awarded an option to purchase equity in the Company, in each case as amended and in effect from time to time.
Stock Option Agreements. National Media and ValueVision each agree to fully perform their respective obligations under the Stock Option Agreements.
Stock Option Agreements. As an inducement to and condition of Xxxxxx'x willingness to enter into this Agreement and the Xxxxxx Stock Option Agreement (as defined in the following sentence), Dime will grant to Xxxxxx an option pursuant to a Stock Option Agreement (the "Dime Stock Option Agreement"). The Stock Option Agreements will be entered into immediately following the execution and delivery hereof.
