Parking Vehicles. Tenant shall comply with such rules and regulations governing parking as may be promulgated from time to time by Landlord, including, without limitation, rules and regulations requiring the parking of vehicles in designated spaces or areas or regarding the exclusion of other spaces or areas. Tenant shall not store vehicles for extended periods of time in the parking areas.

Parking Vehicles. ALL VEHICLES REQUIRE A CAR PASS FROM THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL INTO THE CAMPGROUND! ONLY park on the gravel pads provided for YOUR SITE, DO NOT double park next to the pad (unless you have a double-wide pad), on another empty site pad, in the road, or on the grass. Extra vehicles can be parked at the various parking lots. First offense will be fined $10 plus car pass fee when found without pass! For guest passes, please see #6 GUESTS. For those who have guests requiring special assistance to sites, please pick them up from the parking lot with your golf cart or park your vehicle in the parking lot to allow your guests to park at your site. This will not be a permitted excuse for violating these terms.
Parking Vehicles. 12.1 You may park or keep a vehicle which is not bigger than 2.0 metres (6’6’’) high, 1.83 metres (6’) wide and 4.8 metres (16’) long, in a garage or on an area intended by us for parking. If a vehicle is bigger than this, we may give our written permission for parking in such areas as long as it is used for social and domestic purposes only. Please note: a road or pathway on the estate is not an area intended for parking.
Parking Vehicles a) Parking for a Producer’s vehicle is subject to the availability of parking spaces at the market.
Parking Vehicles. If parking spaces are assigned, Tenant may park on the Property only in the parking space(s) specified in Section 5 of the Variable Lease Terms section. Landlord reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change Tenant’s parking space(s) and to assign another to Tenant with five (5) days prior notice to Tenant. Landlord may issue parking passes or other devices to control parking. If issued, Tenant must display his/her parking pass at all times. Parking spaces (if any) may be used only for parking passenger automobiles, motorcycles or light utility vehicles. Vehicles not kept in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and law are subject to towing at Tenant’s expense. A vehicle may be towed if it: (A) has flat tires or other condition rendering it inoperable; (B) is on jacks, blocks or has wheel(s) missing; (C) has an expired license or expired license sticker; (D) takes up more than one parking space; (E) is the property of a former tenant who has surrendered or abandoned their apartment; (F) is illegally parked in a marked handicap space; (G) blocks another vehicle from exiting; (H) is parked in a fire lane or designated "no parking" or "restricted parking" area; (I) is parked in a space reserved for other residents; (J) is not properly parked in its designated area; (K) obstructs garbage trucks’ access to a dumpster; (L) cannot lawfully be operated as a vehicle on the road; (M) has a malfunctioning alarm or has an alarm which is not silenced within 10 minutes; or (N) is parked in a designated visitor or office parking space. Gasoline, fuels or other explosive materials may not be stored anywhere on the Property. Tenant shall be responsible for oil stains and other damage caused by Tenant’s vehicles and vehicles of Tenant’s Associated Parties. Parking is at the risk of the vehicle owner or operator. Landlord shall have no liability for damage to or loss of any vehicle or any personal property contained within a vehicle. Tandem parking will be permitted only with Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall operate his/her vehicle safely and limit Tenant’s vehicle speed to five (5) miles per hour within the Property. Tenant must immediately remove all vehicles from the Property (a) after service of any notice allowed by law; and (b) at the earlier of the Termination Date or the date that Tenant vacates the Premises.
Parking Vehicles. LESSEE acknowledges that the rental property is equipped with specific areas for the parking of vehicles. Parking in areas not specifically designated for the parking of vehicles is prohibited, including but not limited to, lawn, fire lane, or emergency vehicle turn around areas. No more than two (2) vehicles per apartment are permitted to be parked in the parking area, unless otherwise authorized by LESSOR in writing. If the Premises has specifically assigned parking spaces, XXXXXX agrees to park only in XXXXXX’s assigned parking space. If XXXXXX is assigned a garage space, XXXXXX agrees not to park LESSEE’s vehicles elsewhere in the parking area, unless all assigned garage spaces are full. Any vehicles not parked in the garage must be parked in either an assigned spot or other allowed parking areas. Visitors or guests may not park their vehicle for more than seventy-two (72) hours consecutively, anywhere on the rental property. Visitors or guests must park in the designated guest parking area for the rental property, where applicable. Any vehicles parked in unauthorized parking areas will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. XXXXXX agrees to remove any vehicle from the parking area that leaks oil or any other fluids, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of notice from XXXXXX asking LESSEE to remove their vehicle. XXXXXX’s vehicle is not allowed to return to the Premises until all leaking has been repaired, and proof of such has been given to LESSOR. XXXXXX will be charged a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) fee or LESSOR’s actual costs to clean up any leakage, whichever is greater. All vehicles must be moved for snow removal purposes by 9:00 a.m. after a snow fall, this includes visitor’s vehicles. If XXXXXX notifies LESSEE of parking lot work LESSEE will be required to follow the guidelines set form in such notification, which can include but is not limited to, moving vehicles off the Premises for a period of time, or the inability to use XXXXXX’s garage. Failure to follow these rules will result in the vehicle being ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense or a fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) will be assessed to LESSEEs account. All vehicles on the property must contain a valid license plate and display a valid registration sticker. Vehicles must be properly maintained, in working order, and not pose a safety issue. Parking Vehicles. Parking is provided for Tenants on a reserved and/or paid basis only. All Tenants and guests without reserved parking must not park on the property. Any Tenant or guest parking in another Tenants’ assigned space will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Unless otherwise arranged through a rental agreement or addendum to this Lease, parking is not provided, and therefore is “on-street” only. Tenants are forewarned to the strictness of neighboring lots and their enforcement of their own parking restrictions.
Parking Vehicles. FIDM/Building operator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to assign or reassign specific parking spaces at the Building. The Building operator may also designate specific areas for prospective students or handicapped parking. Prohibited vehicles, inoperable vehicles, unlicensed vehicles, vehicles parked in a space assigned to another, and vehicles parked in tow- away zone or otherwise impeding traffic will be towed away without notice at the vehicle owner’s expense in accordance with state/local law. Motorcycles are not permitted on the sidewalks, in landscaped areas, or in any Building at any time. It is expressly understood that FIDM or the Building operator shall not be responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles parked on the property.
