Personal Service. At any time after the hearing date has been set for an appeal, but in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days before the date set for such hearing, any party may personally serve a written request upon the responding party, or representative of record, for any or all of the information set forth in Subsection (a) above.
Personal Service. Employee's personal performance of his duties is the essence of this Agreement. Employee's rights and obligations under this Agreement are not assignable by Employee.
Personal Service. No Member shall be required to perform services for the Company solely by virtue of being a Member. Unless approved by the Members, no Member shall be entitled to compensation for services performed for the Company. However, upon substantiation of the amount and purpose thereof, the Members shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the activities of the Company.
Personal Service. 5.3.1. No Member shall be required to perform services for the Company solely by virtue of being a Member. Unless approved by the General Manager or Initial General Manager, as applicable, no Member shall perform services for the Company or be entitled to compensation for services performed for the Company.
Personal Service. This Agreement is personal to Executive and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, be assignable by Executive.
Personal Service. Consultant hereby agrees and acknowledges that this Agreement requires that Xxxxxxx Xxx, who is the sole member/owner of Rely Information Systems LLC, to personally and solely provide all of all Services and Deliverable to County under this Agreement and that at no time may any other individual, entity or subcontractor provide any of the Services and Deliverables. Due to Consultant’s agreement under this provision, this Agreement shall constitute a purchase of personal services by County pursuant to Section 262.024 (a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.
Personal Service. If a notice is served by personal service, it shall be deemed given upon the date of actual delivery to the address of the Party to be notified.
