Common use of Personnel Information Clause in Contracts

Personnel Information. Schedule 7.14 of the Disclosure Schedule contains a true and complete list of all persons currently employed by the Companies, including a list of material compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans and a list of other terms of any and all material agreements affecting the employment of such persons. Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule, as of the date hereof, the Companies have not received notification that any of the employees of the Companies who are listed in the Disclosure Schedule presently plan to terminate their employment, whether by reason of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
