Plant Operators. Notice of termination for plant operators will be in accordance with the Act. Payment in lieu of notice Payment in lieu of notice will include all amounts the Employee would have been entitled to if they had worked until the end of the minimum period of notice and must be paid into their account within two business days of termination.
Plant Operators. If the holiday falls on a plant operator's scheduled day off, the plant operator will receive holiday pay for eight (8) hours at the regular rate of pay or the employee may schedule another day off if such scheduling does not result in overtime.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Petroleum Storage Systems A. At Company’s expense, Company will at all times comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to, the regulations of the FDEP as stated in Chapters 62-761 and 62-762, FAC, the requirements of the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulation found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), as well as the requirements of the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC), as may be amended or replaced, pertaining to petroleum storage tank and piping system construction, operation, inspection, and compliance monitoring programs; release detection methods and procedures; maintenance; and preventative maintenance programs. Company will be responsible for all spillage, overflow, or escape of gases, petroleum or petroleum products, and for all fines and penalties in connection therewith. All petroleum storage systems will be registered by Company, and Company will display the registration placard as required by law.
