Possession of Documents. The Servicer has in its possession all original copies of the agreements that constitute or evidence the Receivables. The agreements that constitute or evidence the Receivables do not have any marks or notations indicating that they have been pledged, assigned or otherwise conveyed to any Person other than the Indenture Trustee. All financing statements filed or to be filed against the Issuer in favor of the Indenture Trustee in connection herewith describing the Receivables contain a statement to the following effect: "A purchase of or security interest in any collateral described in this financing statement will violate the rights of the Indenture Trustee."
Possession of Documents. Each Bank shall keep possession of its own Ratable Loan Note. Administrative Agent shall hold all the other Loan Documents and related documents in its possession and maintain separate records and accounts with respect thereto, and shall permit the Banks and their representatives access at all reasonable times to inspect such Loan Documents, related documents, records and accounts.

Without prejudice to the above, the Security Agent may allow any bank providing safe custody services or any professional adviser to the Security Agent to retain any of those documents in its possession.

Without prejudice to the above, the Interim Security Agent may allow any bank providing safe custody services or any professional adviser to the Interim Security Agent to retain any of those documents in its possession.
