Transaction Security Document definition

Transaction Security Document means any document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Bridge Finance Documents.
Transaction Security Document means any document entered into by any Obligor evidencing or creating or expressed to evidence or create Security over any asset to secure any obligation of any Obligor to a Secured Party under the Finance Documents, and following the Completion of the Merger,
Transaction Security Document means the Finnish Security Agreement and any Estonian Security Agreement.

  • If any such security document is designated as a Transaction Security Document by the Issuer and the Security Agent, such security document shall be a Transaction Security Document for the purposes of the Programme.

Transaction Security Document means any of the Transaction Security Documents.
