Professional Fees and Other Expenses. The Company shall have paid to the Holder an expense reimbursement for the reasonable costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred in connection the Holder’s management of investment in the Debentures in amount equal to $28,000 by wire transfer of immediately available funds to Xxxxxx & Xxxxx LLP in accordance with the wire instructions set forth on Exhibit B hereto by 12PM New York time on May 18, 2016.
