Professional Organization Dues. The Administrator’s dues for membership in professional organizations as approved by the Superintendent shall be paid by the Board.
Professional Organization Dues. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay the initiation fees and periodic dues for membership in any professional organizations in which Employee is currently a member, or which are otherwise approved by the Board of Directors of the Parent or the Compensation Committee of the Board, and the Company shall pay all charges and expenses, including reasonable travel expenses, incurred by Employee in connection with membership in such organizations.

Group memberships related to organizations will not be covered unless the membership to each group is known, and the district would pay towards one membership. Proof of payment by the employee must be provided within ninety (90) days of payment. Reimbursement will occur during the next pay period, following the employee's request. Teacher unions and associations such as NEA, CEA, and SEA are excluded from this benefit.
Professional Organization Dues. The District shall annually pay one hundred (100) percent of the dues required to be a member of one state and one national professional organization such as NASSP, NAESP, MASSP, and MESPA.
