Program Fees. Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
Program Fees. As consideration for the rights and licenses granted to You under this Agreement and Your participation in the Program, You agree to pay Apple the annual Program fee set forth on the Program website, unless You have received a valid fee waiver from Apple. Such fee is non- refundable, and any taxes that may be levied on the Apple Software, Apple Services or Your use of the Program shall be Your responsibility. Your Program fees must be paid up and not in arrears at the time You submit (or resubmit) Applications to Apple under this Agreement, and Your continued use of the Program web portal and Services is subject to Your payment of such fees, where applicable. If You opt-in to have Your annual Program fees paid on an auto- renewing basis, then You agree that Apple may charge the credit card that You have on file with Apple for such fees, subject to the terms You agree to on the Program web portal when You choose to enroll in an auto-renewing membership.
Program Fees. COMPANY shall solely designate the Program Fee it charges USER for the COMPANY Programs (COMPANY Program Fee). COMPANY shall communicate the COMPANY Program Fee to USER with timely advance notice of the application of such fees. USER may pass on the Company Program Fee for COMPANY’S Audit Assistance Program and Other Program to the Member but USER shall provide the COMPANY’S Tax Reimbursement Program to Members at no cost to the Member. In the event USER elects to add additional fees to the COMPANY’s Audit Assistance Program Fee and/or Other Program Fee for USER’S services resulting in a higher Program Fee charged to the Member by USER, USER understands it is fully responsible for such additional fees collected from Members and that COMPANY is responsible only for the COMPANY Program Fee. COMPANY reserves the right to use their sole discretion in refunding Program Fees to Members upon request. In the event COMPANY refunds Program Fees to Members, USER understands and agrees that COMPANY will deduct such refunds from future fees due USER or invoice USER for such refunds that cannot be recouped out of fees due USER.

Program Fees. The annual fee for participation in the Program (the “Program Fee”) shall be a percentage (%) of the market value of the Assets under management in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in “Exhibit A”. The Program Fee shall be prorated and paid quarterly, in advance, based upon the market value of the Assets on the last business day of the previous calendar quarter. All market values are calculated by the independent custodian. No increase in the Program Fee shall be effective without prior written notification by the Client. Client hereby authorizes Xxxxxx Advisors and the independent custodian of the assets to charge the account for the amount of the Program Fee and to remit such fee to the applicable securities broker/dealer (Xxxxxx Securities, Inc., etc.) if necessary, in accordance with required SEC procedures. Specifically, the fee will be payable in advance on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, & October 1st in any calendar year. Fees shall be paid via automatic withdraw from the Client’s account(s). In any partial calendar quarter, the fee will be prorated based on the number of days that the account was open during the quarter. The account fee will be determined by the custodian by valuing the securities in your account(s) that are listed on a national securities exchange or on NASDAQ at the closing price, on the valuation date, on the principal market where the securities are traded. Other securities or investments in the account(s) will be valued in a manner determined in good faith by the account custodian to reflect fair market value. Interest on any margin debt incurred by Client is in addition to the account(s) fee. Xxxxxx Advisors will not receive any performance bonuses. However, Client understands that account assets may be invested in shares of mutual funds which may be subject to additional fees and expenses as identified within the fund prospectus. Payment of the fee will be reflected on Client’s statement(s). Accounts that belong to the same household may be grouped for the purpose of determining account fees. Account Fees do not include any fees for products and services that are not part of the account(s). To the extent that Client utilizes such products or services, Xxxxxx Advisors, KSI, its affiliates, and its employees may receive additional compensation.

Program Fees. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, YOU agree and understand that you are committing to pay PRIMEMESTER & PREGNANCY MASTERY/THE FERTILITY & PREGNANCY INSTITUTE / DR. CLEOPATRA / GLOBAL FERTILITY INC. for use of The PRIMEMESTER & PREGNANCY MASTERY.
Program Fees. A. Customer will pay an upfront enrollment fee (“Program Fee”) including applicable taxes, if any, upon purchasing the Program based on the length of the Program selected by Customer, the purchase of accessories and/or other products, the purchase of any Value-Added Solutions, and the type of Program Device as set forth in the Statement of Work (TBD) or by contacting an Authorized Reseller.
