Examples of Advance Notice in a sentence
Within 14 days of the date of the notice under Clause 23.2 (Advance Notice) of this article, the Union and the Employer will commence discussions for the purpose of reaching agreement as to the effects of the technological change and in what way, if any, this agreement should be amended.
If legal or regulatory compliance requirements, safety considerations, or other exigent circumstances make providing Advance Notice impractical, notice of the Material Change shall be provided by the Proposing Party to the Recipient as soon as reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
If the Recipient does not respond to the Advance Notice within such fifteen (15) day period, the Recipient’s consent to the implementation of the Material Change shall be deemed to have been given.
The Term Advance Supplement to be signed on each Closing Date in accordance with Clause 3(c) shall record, amongst other things, the amount of each Term Advance to be made on such Closing Date, which shall correspond to the principal amount of such Term Advance that is available for drawing which is notified to the Master Issuer in the applicable Term Advance Notice.
The District’s exercise of the above listed rights shall be in accordance with law and the specific provisions of this MOU, including the provision regarding Advance Notice when applicable.
