Project Start Date. The Applicant shall commence the Project on the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B ("Project Start Date"). Any costs incurred by the Applicant prior to the Project Start Date shall not be considered Project Costs and therefore are not reimbursable.
Project Start Date. The Applicant must determine a Project Start Date. This date will be the commencement of the first Milestone, as set out in Schedule D. The Project Start Date must be after the date Alberta Innovates receive a fully executed copy of this Investment Agreement from the Applicant and Industry Partner. If special circumstances require that the Project Start Date must be before the execution of the agreement, permission must first be received from Alberta Innovates in writing. If the Project Start Date is different from the proposed start date initially set out in the Application, this will be addressed in Schedule D. Such amended Milestone, Reporting and Payment Timelines will replace whatever was initially included with the Application. Alberta Innovates will not fund any costs incurred prior to the Project Start Date, and all costs incurred prior to the Project Start Date are considered Ineligible Expenses.
Project Start Date. As part of the application process, the Applicants will identify a reasonable Project Start Date. The Applicants should consider the anticipated time required for the review of a Proposal and if approved, the time required to execute an Agreement, and must not set a Project Start Date sooner than the expected execution date of the Agreement. Should a Project Start Date be set prior to the actual execution date of the Agreement, then the Proposal shall be amended nunc pro tunc to have a Project Start Date that coincides with the execution date of the Agreement. If the proposed Project Start Date needs to be changed, the Applicants will need to amend the Milestone, Reporting and Payment Schedules to reflect the revised dates. A request to delay the Project Start Date by the Alberta Applicant must be made to Alberta Innovates in writing, and with internal consensus between Alberta Innovates and ZSTEC, Alberta Innovates has the right, as determined in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend the Project Start Date as requested or rescind the Investment.
Project Start Date. The Recipient agrees to begin the Project Implementation within sixty (60) days of the coming into force of this Agreement, failing which Canada may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the Recipient.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.
