PROPOSAL FORMAT AND CONTENT. All packages need to be clearly labeled and sealed in the manner described in Part II – General Information, Paragraph C. Each copy of the proposal must be prepared as one (1) document. Bidders have been provided with a checklist to assist in proposal preparation (refer to Part VIII – Forms); however, Bidders are ultimately responsible for fulfilling the submittal requirements as outlined in this IFB. Each page is to be numbered at the bottom, starting with the number 1; all pages should be 8½ x 11 inch paper (except for blue print); and all narrative portions of the proposal should be typed.
