Prospective Employers. Executive agrees, during the term of any restriction contained in Articles IV, V and VII, above, to disclose such provisions to any future or prospective employer. Executive further agrees that the Company may send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any such employer.

Executive further agrees that, during the term of any restriction contained in Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X, the Company may send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any person or entity with which Executive seeks to establish a business relationship, including, without limitation, potential employers, joint-venturers, or persons or entities to whom Executive seeks to provide consulting services as an independent contractor.

Prospective Employers. Executive agrees to direct all requests for Company references and/or verification of employment to Xx. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Vice President – Human Resources, EveryWare Global, Inc., 000 X. Xxxxxx Ave., Lancaster, OH 43130, or his successor as designated by the Company. The Company agrees that Xx. Xxxxxxx will respond to any such requests by providing Executive’s position and/or job title and dates of service with the Company.

Employee agrees, during the term of any restriction contained in this Employment Non-Competition Agreement, to disclose this Employment Non-Competition Agreement to any entity which offers employment to Employee. Employee further agrees that the Company may send a copy of this Employment Non-Competition Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any of Employee’s potential or future employers.
Prospective Employers. The parties agree that any prospective employers who contact the Company for a reference will be advised of your dates of employment, your job title and your Salary. You agree that you will advise prospective employers to contact hx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for any reference.
