Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.
Voting Time Leave Any employee who is eligible to vote in any statewide primary or general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting during such election day provided the employee has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.
Voting Time All employees shall be allowed up to two paid hours for the purpose of voting provided the employee does not have sufficient time before or after regular duty hours to vote. The two hours authorized for voting does not apply to those employees who by reasons of their employment must vote by use of an absentee ballot.
TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.
Voting Time Off If an employee's work schedule is such that it does not allow sufficient time to vote in any federal, state, or local election in which the employee is entitled to vote, the Employer shall arrange to allow sufficient time off for such voting by the employee without loss of pay.
REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.
