Ratified and Confirmed. The Contract, except as modified by this Amendment, is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms and provisions. In the case of any conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the provisions of the Contract, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.

The Limited Liability Company Agreement, except as amended by this Amendment, is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms and provisions. If there is any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Limited Liability Company Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall govern. From and after the effective date hereof, any reference to the Limited Liability Company Agreement shall mean the Limited Liability Company Agreement as modified by this Amendment.
Ratified and Confirmed. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement and all the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements thereof are hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved, and shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

The Agreement, except as amended by this Second Amendment, is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms and provisions. If there is any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Second Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Second Amendment shall govern. From and after the Effective Date, any reference to the Agreement shall mean the Agreement as modified by this Second Amendment.

The Purchase Agreement and Amendment, except as amended by this Third Amendment, is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and provisions. If there is any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Third Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement and the Amendment, the terms and provisions of this Third Amendment shall govern.
