Record Drawings and Final Documents. The Design Professional shall, upon final completion of the Project, revise the Bidding Documents based upon documents incorporated by Change Orders, additional sketches, field changes, answered RFI’s issued by the Design Professional, and marked-up documents provided by the Contractor to show the Project “as built.” The Design Professional shall furnish and deliver the Record Drawings to the Owner after the entire work is completed and not later than sixty calendar days after execution of its Certificate of Final Completion. Record Drawings and Final Documents shall reflect all changes caused by addenda, field changes, Change Orders, or observed changes by the Design Professional, the Contractor, or Subcontractors. Record Drawings must be sealed by the Architect of Record. WARRANTY PHASE SERVICES Warranty Complaint Review. During the year following Material Completion, the CM/GC is required to remedy any Non-Compliant work upon the receipt of a Warranty Complaint, unless the Warranty Complaint is a result of a design defect or Using Agency abuse. A Design Professional’s Decision will be issued as to whether the Warranty Complaint is a result of a design defect or user abuse. One Year Walk-Through. After Material Completion and prior to Final Completion, Design Professional shall attend a walk-through with the Using Agency and Owner to observe and evaluate the function of building systems to identify actual and potential warranty items, as well as any deficiencies or defects that require correction.

  • Historical Documents Prior to the Disaffiliation Date, the Local Church will work with the Archives for the Annual Conference to turn over originals or acceptable copies (whether hard copy or electronic) of church archives, membership rolls, and other historical documents related to funerals, baptisms, weddings, minutes, etc., of the Local Church for archiving with the Annual Conference.

  • Technical documents Not applicable.

  • Record Documents Contractor shall maintain in a safe place at the Site one record copy in hard form or electronically, as preferred by the Owner, of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Written Amendments, Change Orders, Work Change Directives; Field Orders, and written interpretations and clarifications in good order and annotated to show changes made during construction. These record documents together with all approved Samples and a counterpart of all approved Shop Drawings will be available to Architect for reference.

  • Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
