REGISTRATION LISTS. Exhibitor understands and agrees that in exchange for its payment, it will receive solely the right to use the exhibit space. The information collected from any purchased registration lists (if applicable) is for the sole use of the company or business organization that collects it. Exhibitor understands and agrees that (i) under the terms of its license, it may not attempt to develop a compilation of attendees and/or other participants of the Event by exchanging any lead information collected at the Event with other attendees, exhibitors, and/or other participants at the Event or with third parties not associated with SPE, and (ii) the compilation of the attendees and/or other participants at the Event is sole property of SPE and that SPE offers that compilation for sale. Exhibitor agrees that it will not use any lead data collected at the Event to attempt to develop a compilation that SPE offers for sale.

REGISTRATION LISTS. The Union shall maintain adequate registration facilities at the Union Office for employees and applicants for employment to register for work. All employees and applicants for employment shall be registered in their appropriate classes and in the order in which they apply for work. Separate lists shall be kept for the registration of apprentices upon the same basis as for journeymen; apprentices upon becoming journeymen shall enjoy the same preferences as journeymen which they had as apprentices. Applicants for employment shall complete and sign an application form containing all data relevant for referral, including an indication of any special skills that they possess, containing an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The registration list shall be open for inspection to all parties of this Agreement. In the event that there are insufficient Class C registrants within a classification for which there is a call, the Employment Office may contact the Employment Offices whose employees qualify for Class C status pursuant to Paragraph 19. C. above, to fill such classification call before dispatching off the D, E and F Lists.

  • Domain Name Registration If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Registration Data Upon placing an order for Pilot Voice, and at subsequent times as requested by Pilot, Customer agrees to provide Pilot with its (i) true, accurate, current, and complete business name, (ii) physical addresses where Voice Service will be used, (iii) 911 registered address for each applicable endpoint, (iv) a designated Account Administrator, and (v) user email addresses, phone numbers, and any other requested data which may be necessary to administer its Voice Service account (the “Account”) (collectively, “Registration Data”). Customer represents and warrants that the information it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the information if it changes. If Customer provides Registration Data that is false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, Pilot has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Voice Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Voice Services by Customer, its business(es), affiliates and all users of its Account. Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. The above summary is provided solely for informational purposes and does not in any way affect the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ obligation to comply in all respects with all other applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor’s current DIR registration number and the current DIR registration number of all subcontractors will be listed on the Subcontractor and LBE Participation Verification Form, incorporated herein.

  • Company Registration If the Company proposes to register (including, for this purpose, a registration effected by the Company for stockholders other than the Holders) any of its securities under the Securities Act in connection with the public offering of such securities solely for cash (other than in an Excluded Registration), the Company shall, at such time, promptly give each Holder notice of such registration. Upon the request of each Holder given within twenty (20) days after such notice is given by the Company, the Company shall, subject to the provisions of Subsection 2.3, cause to be registered all of the Registrable Securities that each such Holder has requested to be included in such registration.   • Service Registration Certain of our Services require you to register to use them. In such case, you agree that a l information you provide is truthful, current and complete. If there is any change to your registration information, you agree to provide us with updated information immediately. To the extent any of the Services are password protected, you agree to keep such password confidential and not to share it with any third party.   • Registration of Contractors Contractor and all subcontractors must comply with the requirements of labor code section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to section 1725.5. Registration and all related requirements of those sections must be maintained throughout the performance of the Contract.

  • Registration, Registration of Transfer and Exchange The Company shall cause to be kept at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee a register (the register maintained in such office and in any other office or agency of the Company in a Place of Payment being herein sometimes collectively referred to as the "Security Register") in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration of Securities and of transfers of Securities. The Trustee is hereby appointed "Security Registrar" for the purpose of registering Securities and transfers of Securities as herein provided. Whenever any Securities are so surrendered for exchange, the Company shall execute, and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, the Securities which the Holder making the exchange is entitled to receive. All Securities issued upon any registration of transfer or exchange of Securities shall be the valid obligations of the Company, evidencing the same debt, and entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture, as the Securities surrendered upon such registration of transfer or exchange. Every Security presented or surrendered for registration of transfer or for exchange shall (if so required by the Company or the Trustee) be duly endorsed, or be accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form satisfactory to the Company and the Security Registrar duly executed, by the Holder thereof or his attorney duly authorized in writing. No service charge shall be made for any registration of transfer or exchange of Securities, but the Company may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Securities, other than exchanges pursuant to Section 304, 906 or 1107 not involving any transfer. If the Securities of any series (or of any series and specified tenor) are to be redeemed in part, the Company shall not be required (A) to issue, register the transfer of or exchange any Securities of that series (or of that series and specified tenor, as the case may be) during a period beginning at the opening of business 15 days before the day of the mailing of a notice of redemption of any such Securities selected for redemption under Section 1103 and ending at the close of business on the day of such mailing, or (B) to register the transfer of or exchange any Security so selected for redemption in whole or in part, except the unredeemed portion of any Security being redeemed in part.
