Rehearsal Schedule. Most after-school rehearsals will take place on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30. There will be some vocal/choreography rehearsals on Fridays. The class during school hours will be held each Friday, when school is in session, from 2:35 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. The exact cast members that need to attend each rehearsal will be posted on the Junior High Bulletin Board and emailed. Please plan on being available every Thursday after school, until you are notified of specific days you will not be needed. It is the student’s responsibility to check the Musical schedule every day because it may change. There will be a play link from the St. Hugo home page. We try to update this on a daily basis. We will also use e-mails to communicate with parents. Attendance: Attendance at rehearsal is mandatory. Your absence may affect the entire rehearsal, and should not be taken lightly. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, you must let Xx. Xxxxxxxx know immediately. Missing more than two rehearsals may require a change in your part or role in the Musical. Xx. Xxxxxxxx needs to be notified by a parent, prior to a rehearsal, if a student needs to leave early. !!!IMPORTANT!!!
