Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement is the same as the term of the Agreement.
Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement begins on July 1, 2019 and ends at the expiration of the Agreement.
Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement begins on or after January 1, 2022, through the Project Completion Date.
Reimbursement Period. All requests for reimbursement of eligible costs incurred between March 3, 2021 and December 31, 2024 payable from ARPA funds must be submitted to COMMERCE by the earlier of October 30, 2026 or 30 days prior to the Contract End Date.
Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement begins when the final party signs the Agreement (the “effective date”) and ends on the Project Completion Date. Only authorized Pre-Agreement/ Retroactive expenses may be reimbursed outside of this period.
Reimbursement Period. The utility Latecomer Agreement will be active for a period of 20 years from the effective date of the Latecomer Agreement.
Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement begins on November 20, 2020 and ends at the expiration of the Agreement.

Additional service periods shall be requested and authorized by the Department on an annual basis and must be evidenced by a formal Amendment to this Agreement. Additional service periods may not exceed beyond the expiration date of this Agreement.
