Common use of Rental Rates Clause in Contracts

Rental Rates. Agent, in its sole discretion, shall charge a fair, reasonable and competitive rent for the Unit. The Agent shall be entitled, without notice to or approval from the Owner, to set rents for the Unit and for all of the other participating Units and to revise and deviate from such rental schedule at any time and from time to time as Agent may in its discretion determine, including rents which are a portion of a guest package. Owner agrees to participate in any guest incentive programs adopted by Agent, including the BoyneRewards Program.
