Reports and Meetings. Contractor shall submit all reports and progress updates required by the Director and as specified under this Agreement. Contractor shall attend all meetings scheduled or required by the Director and as specified under this Agreement.

Reports and Meetings. (a) Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, the Parties shall mutually agree upon a set of monthly reports to be issued by WinStar to Xxxxxxxx. WinStar will provide Xxxxxxxx with suggested formats for such reports for Xxxxxxxx' review and approval. As one such report, WinStar will provide a monthly performance report that describes WinStar's deployment of the Hubs, availability of the applicable Minimum Xxxxxxxx T-1 Inventory and a forecast of upcoming WinStar Target Market implementations (including Hubs, buildings and addresses).

Reports and Meetings. Contractor shall participate in person in meetings as described below and as may be agreed upon between the parties, except when such meetings may be conducted by telephone conference call, videoconference, and/or web conference in WSP’s sole discretion. The Contractor Project Manager and other appropriate Key Personnel shall attend weekly status meetings with the WSP Project Manager and other members of WSP during the Project at times as mutually agreed upon in a Project management plan. These meetings shall follow a preset agenda jointly prepared by the Contractor Project Manager and WSP Project Manager, but will also allow both Contractor and WSP to discuss other issues that may concern either party. Brief written status reports shall be provided by Contractor at least 24 hours prior to these weekly meetings. Status reports shall describe the previous week’s activities, including Deficiencies encountered and their disposition, results of tests, whether or not deadlines were met, and any Deficiencies that may have arisen that need to be addressed before proceeding to the next activities. Also described will be the anticipated activities for the current week and any changes to project risks and risk mitigations. All Reports shall be produced in formats and with the level of detail approved by WSP and delivered in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Contractor shall produce a monthly report summary that compares actual performance by Contractor of the Services (including but not limited to activities related to Deliverables) to budgeted Charges and dates in the Schedule. Contractor shall provide such monthly report summary for such Services to WSP. As requested by WSP, the Contractor Project Manager shall both prepare and assist the WSP Project Manager in preparing special Reports and presentations related to the provision of the System for WSP. The Contractor Project Manager and other Key Personnel shall also provide or produce such Reports or information as are requested by the WSP Project Manager. The Contractor Project Manager or a designee shall attend, at a minimum, quarterly account and work plan review meetings with the WSP Project Manager and at other times as agreed upon by the parties. Contractor senior management and Subcontractor senior management (in Contractor’s discretion) shall meet on a calendar quarterly basis with executives of the WSP for the Contractor Project Manager to report on the status of the Project, progress in complet...
Reports and Meetings. The Contractor Project Manager and other Key Staff shall participate in meetings with the Counties' Executive Director and other members of the Counties’ Project team during the Project at times as mutually agreed upon or as indicated in the Statement of Work. Such meetings will include monthly leadership meetings, at which Contractor shall report on upcoming legislative and regulatory changes of relevance to the Counties, and quarterly advisory board meetings. Contractor shall also invite the Counties’ Executive Director to attend Contractor’s semi-annual and other applicable conferences as determined by Contractor, at which Contractor shows premier clients the future of its product lines, at no charge for registration to attend the conferences, but the Counties shall pay for their travel expenses to attend such conferences, subject to both parties’ ethics and compliance function approval.
Reports and Meetings. ALZA and ENACT will jointly develop and -------------------- design an overall Payer promotional strategy. ALZA will develop specific promotional call plans to implement such strategy. Within thirty (30) days of the end of each quarter, ALZA shall prepare and submit to ENACT a quarterly call activity report summarizing the account call activities of ALZA's NAMs hereunder, other activities and efforts conducted by ALZA hereunder and any material customer feedback received with respect to the Products and Services during the preceding quarter. ALZA and ENACT, together with ENACT's other representatives, shall cooperate with each other to formalize a process for making quarterly forecasts as to the level of expected sales of the Products and Services. In addition, ALZA shall forward to ENACT information regarding any significant promotional problems or significant problems with the Products and Services promptly upon receipt by ALZA. Additionally, ALZA and ENACT shall meet no less than twice each calendar year, or as may be more frequently agreed upon, to review and discuss the relationship of the parties and the sales, marketing and promotional strategies (including the overall Payer promotional strategy) and efforts of both parties.
