Right to Donate. Employees may donate sick leave to come to the aid of another District employee who is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate his or her employment.

Employees not eligible for vacation leave may donate sick leave to 6 come to the aid of another bargaining unit employee who is suffering from an 7 extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition 8 which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate 9 his or her employment.

Employees may donate annual leave or sick leave to a fellow employee who is 20 severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition; a fellow employee who is a 21 victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking; or a fellow employee who has been called 22 to service in the uniformed services, which has caused or is likely to cause the employee to take 23 leave without pay or terminate his or her employment. Per RCW 41.04.650 through 41.04.665. 24

Employees may donate leave to come to the aid of another employee 9 who is suffering from or has a relative or household member suffering from an 10 extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition 11 which has caused or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or 12 terminate his/her employment.

Right to Donate. 24 Employees may donate sick leave to come to the aid of another school District employee 25 who is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or 26 mental condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay 27 or terminate his or her employment.

Sick leave sharing shall be in compliance with RCW 41.04.
Right to Donate. Employees are granted the right to donate sick leave to come to the aid of another employee who is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate his/her employment. Such donation shall not be counted against the employee for purposes of sick leave buy-back except as it affects the sixty (60) day minimum accumulation.
Right to Donate. 9 Employees may donate sick leave to come to the aid of another school District employee who 10 is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental 11 condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate 12 his or her employment. If an employee is receiving Xxxxxxx’x Compensation, they are not 13 entitled to receive sick leave sharing.
