Rights of the Grievant and the Association. 1. An aggrieved professional staff member, at his/her sole choosing, may appear on his/her own behalf or may be represented at any or all steps of the grievance procedure by the designated representative and/or the Association.

The Association has the exclusive right to be present for the adjustment of any and all grievances. Grievance forms shall be exhibited in the Appendix of this contract and it shall be the exclusive right of the Association to issue forms to the grievant. The grievant shall identify the following information on the Grievance Form: his/her name; the nature of the alleged violation including all relevant facts; the specific provisions of the Master Agreement allegedly violated; and the specific relief being sought. The Association and grievant shall receive copies of all grievance responses in the processing of a grievance.
