Runs with Land. The rights and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement are intended to be covenants on the Premises and are to run with the land.
Runs with Land. All covenants, conditions, --------- restrictions and agreements contained herein are made for the direct, mutual and reciprocal benefit of each and every part and parcel of the property now or hereafter made subject to this Declaration, shall create reciprocal rights and obligations between the respective Owners of all parcels and privily of contract and estate between all grantees of said parcels, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall, as to the Owner of each parcel, his heirs, successors and assigns, operate as covenants running with the land for the benefit of all other parcels. Runs with Land. The Overriding Royalty Interest is not a mere contract right to receive money, but is a real property interest in the Subject Interests, and shall burden and run with any transfer thereof. The Overriding Royalty Interest is a covenant running with the land. (d)
Runs with Land. The covenants, Restrictions, and reservations of this Declaration shall run with and bind the Subject Property and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Declarant and its successors and assigns for a term of sixty (60) years from the date this Declaration is Recorded, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of Section 10.3 above. As used in the preceding sentence, the term "successors and assigns" shall mean and refer to both (a) Declarant's successors and assigns as provided in Section 8.1, and (b) Declarant's successors and assigns as to all or substantially all of Declarant's assets or by merger, consolidation, or other corporate reorganization.
Runs with Land. The terms and conditions of this Consent Judgment shall be appurtenant to the identified property which is the subject matter of the pending litigation, described on Exhibit A. These terms and conditions shall run with the Property as if they were covenants running with the land. The terms and conditions of this Consent Judgment shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

Runs with Land. This Agreement runs with the land and title to the Lots. It burdens the Lots, Present Owner, the future owners and occupants of the Lots, and their respective successors and assigns in title to any part of the Lots, and benefits Present Owner as Present Owner and as owner of adjacent and nearby property, and any successor-in-title to Present Owner.
