Sales Aids and Training Materials. To promote the Joi Rides business opportunity, IMRs must exclusively use the sales aids and training materials produced by Joi Rides. Joi Rides approved and produced training materials are available in each IMR’s Dashboard. In rare circumstances, Joi Rides may allow an IMR to use live and virtual events, promotional materials, training aids or other literature that the IMR has developed. If an IMR wishes to use such self-produced materials, the IMR must submit the materials to the Joi Rides Compliance Department (xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx) for review. Unless the IMR receives express written approval from the Joi Rides Compliance Department, the IMR shall not be permitted to use self- produced materials. Joi Rides will not permit IMRs to sell sales aids, including event tickets that promote, educate or train the Joi Rides business opportunity to other IMRs without prior express written approval by the Joi Rides Compliance Department (xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx). IMRs who receive authorization from the Compliance Department to produce their own sales aids may not sell such material for profit to any other IMR but may recover out-of-pocket costs for such materials and events. IMRs may not produce, or reproduce for sale or distribution, any recorded Joi Rides event or speech without the express written approval from the Compliance Department, nor may IMRs reproduce for sale or for personal use any recording of audio or video presentations produced by or for Joi Rides. Joi Rides reserves the right to rescind approval for any promotional materials, sales tools or other literature or events, and IMRs waive all claims for damages or compensation arising from or relating to such rescission.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

Training Materials are provided solely for the use of the participants and may not be copied or transferred without the prior written consent of Red Hat. Training Materials are Red Hat's confidential and proprietary information.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • General specifications 6.1.1. A vehicle and its electrical/electronic system(s) or ESA(s) shall be so designed, constructed and fitted as to enable the vehicle, in normal conditions of use, to comply with the requirements of this Regulation.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.
