Seller’s Confirmation. This Agreement and the sale of the Property under this Agreement are subject to Seller’s confirmation and approval. This Agreement will not be binding on Seller, and Seller w ill have no obligation to sell, transfer, or convey the Property to Purchaser, unless and until this Agreement is signed by Seller.
Seller’s Confirmation. The property is being offered in an Online Only Auction, with all bids being subject to approval by Seller.
Seller’s Confirmation. If Seller provides Buyer with written confirmation of any Buyer’s purchase order(s), each such confirmation shall be deemed binding on Buyer unless Buyer notifies Seller of any error in Seller’s confirmation prior to the commencement of processing any so confirmed Special Order or the shipment of any Non-special Order (defined herein below).
Seller’s Confirmation evidence from the Seller that (in the case of each Second Advance) the keel-laying of the Borrower’s Ship relevant to such Second Advance to be drawn down has been completed or (in the case of each Third Advance) that the Borrower’s Ship relevant to such Third Advance to be drawn down has been launched; 14 Further opinions such further opinions as the Agent may require;
Seller’s Confirmation. The property is being offered in an Simulcast/Webcast Auction, with final bid(s) subject to approval by Seller. The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Seller’s Confirmation. In most cases the Seller confirms the order within 24 hours using the automated online confirmation process. If the Seller has not confirmed the order within 24 hours, TradeRX will contact the Seller directly to confirm the availability of the Prescription Drug. The Seller has up to two (2) business days to confirm the order. Upon filling the order, the Seller will generate a packing checklist confirming the Prescription Drug(s) being shipped is identical to the posting including, but not limited to, name of Prescription Drug, lot number, expiration date, serial number (if applicable), quality, quantity, and size. All shipments must be in the original manufacturers packaging with a visible label displaying the NDC, lot number, serial number (if applicable) and expiration date. In all cases, if the Seller does not ship the Prescription Drugs on or before the expected ship date to Buyer, or cannot produce the exact items posted, TradeRX reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and charge a Cancellation Fee. Seller and Buyer will receive a FedEx tracking number to allow tracking of the shipment once in transit.
