SERVICE COMPANIES. Within ( ) days after occupancy of the Premises by Tenant, Landlord shall give Tenant notice of the name, address and telephone number of an agency or person convenient to Tenant as a local source of service with regard to Landlord's responsibilities under this Lease as to repairs, maintenance, and servicing of the Premises and any or all related equipment, fixtures and appurtenances. If Landlord fails to provide such notice, Tenant may choose service companies as needed and without penalty from Landlord.
SERVICE COMPANIES. Client shall submit to the City in writing a list of service companies who will be providing a service to exhibitors. Client shall be responsible for said companies to be properly licensed and insured prior to entering the premises of the Center. Service companies shall provide a copy of their business license and certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance and a certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 in the aggregate to the City at least ten (10) days in advance of Client’s move-in date.
SERVICE COMPANIES. Lessee shall submit to the City in writing a list of service companies who will be providing a service to exhibitors. SERVICE COMPANIES. Broker shall attempt to use the service companies, if any, listed by Owner on Exhibit A. Owner agrees to permit Broker, at its discretion, to employ the necessary service companies, but also agrees that Broker may employ any service company that will respond if designated company cannot respond within the same day for the request for service.
SERVICE COMPANIES. The Company has no Liabilities or obligations, whether direct or indirect, matured or unmatured, absolute, contingent or otherwise, to or relating to Randmar, Inc., American Aviation Sales Corp., Randmar, LLC and American Aviation Sales LLC (collectively, the "Service Companies"), except as described on Schedule 5.38. No assets or rights of any kind that are used in the conduct of the business of the Company are held by either of the Service Companies.
SERVICE COMPANIES. As of the commencement of the Employment Period, consistent with the Services Agreements, the Executive will also serve as the President and CEO of Liberty Broadband, GCI Liberty and TripAdvisor Holdings, as Executive Chairman of Qurate, and as a director of each of such entities and for so long as Executive holds such positions, Executive agrees to perform such duties as are consistent with such titles and positions with publicly-traded companies. In the event of a Spin Transaction or Excluded Spin Transaction (and subject to clause (vi) of the definition of Change in Control and the Executive’s related rights with respect to a potential Good Reason termination), the Company may agree to provide services with respect to additional Service Companies and to the appointment of the Executive to senior executive officer and director roles with respect to such additional Service Companies, and for so long as Executive holds such positions, Executive agrees to perform such duties as are consistent with such titles and positions with publicly-traded companies.

SERVICE COMPANIES. The term "Service Companies," as used in this Agreement, means the collective reference to the service companies, management companies and other businesses of Multicare at the time of merger under the Merger Agreement, subject to the effect of subsequent acquisitions and dispositions, including as of the date hereof, without limitation, the companies and businesses set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
SERVICE COMPANIES. The shares of the three services companies where all Satmex personnel are currently lodged will be transferred for nominal consideration and will become subsidiaries of Satmex on the Effective Date; alternatively, all such personnel will be transferred to Satmex or to one or more wholly-owned subsidiaries thereof on or before the Effective Date (then current compensation to be continued, as required by Mexican labor law).
