Service Personnel. EVERTEC agrees that it will use its Best Efforts to assign qualified, adequately trained, and efficient professionals and personnel who will use their Best Efforts to discharge their obligations under this Master Agreement in an efficient and timely manner and to exercise reasonable care in performing the Services subject to the terms and conditions of each Service.
Service Personnel. Airspan and Axtel are each responsible for the supervision, direction, compensation and control of their own employees and subcontractors. Airspan may subcontract any portion or all of the Services to subcontractors selected by Airspan. Neither Party shall knowingly solicit to hire employees of the other Party with whom it had contact as a result of the performance of the Services for a period ending twelve (12) months after completion of the Services. Neither Party shall be precluded from conducting generalized searches for employees (and hiring those employees who respond to generalized searches) either through the use of search firms or advertisements in the media, provided that searches are not specifically targeted to employees providing Services.
Service Personnel. 2.10.2.1. The dealer shall maintain qualified, factory trained service personnel that can respond to an emergency call within 1 hour of notification.
Service Personnel. 14.1 The Supplier hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is the employer of its staff and nothing in an Agreement shall constitute a relationship of employment between AIB or its Affiliates and any Service Personnel.

Dealer shall at all times employ the number of trained and competent service managerial and technical personnel reasonably required to fulfill its responsibilities with respect to the service of Isuzu Products. Dealer shall, without expense to Distributor, have its said employees attend such service training sessions as Distributor may from time to time conduct.
