Services to be Furnished. Subject to such policy direction and approvals as the CITY through its staff may determine from time to time, CONSULTANT shall perform the services set forth in the "Scope of Services" attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. CONSULTANT shall devote such services pursuant to this Agreement as may be reasonably necessary for satisfactory performance of CONSULTANT’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall adhere to the Schedule of Activities as attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Services to be Furnished. LANDLORD will furnish the following services to TENANT: (1) twenty four (24) hour elevator service; (2) electric current for normal and customary usage as is provided to the existing tenant; water in such amounts as in LANDLORD'S reasonable judgment is necessary for lavatory and like purposes; heat and/or air conditioning service to the demised premises from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at such temperatures and in such amounts as are reasonably considered by LANDLORD to be standard, but LANDLORD shall not be required to furnish heat and/or air conditioning on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays; provided, however, upon the timely request by TENANT, LANDLORD shall furnished heat and/or air conditioning service to the demised premises during hours other than the foregoing at an hourly rate to be negotiated in advance, and such rate for additional service shall be billed to TENANT monthly; and (5) cleaning and janitorial service to the demised premises for all public and special service areas, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, in the manner and to the extent reasonably deemed by LANDLORD to be standard.

(a) The Contractor shall enroll and provide instruction during the period specified for student(s), who shall be officers or em- ployees of the Public Health Service who are acceptable to and approved by Contractor, in the courses and for the re- spective periods of time determined as hereinafter provided.

Responsibilities Ullr Inc. is responsible for providing the infrastructure at Snoqualmie Summit and Crystal Mountain for the Partner Program to operate a snowsports instruction program in a manner consistant with practices set forth by the Professional Ski Instructors Association. The Ullr Inc.'s responsibilities in regards to its relationship with the Partner Program shall include but are not limited to:
Services to be Furnished. Company will provide the services for the secure destruction of records (“Services”) described on Amendment A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Company will furnish a Certificate of Destruction to Customer, upon request by Customer. The Services may, at Customer’s option and as indicated on Amendment A, be performed as part of a regular schedule or pursuant to specific directions which Customer shall give Company from time to time. Customer may also request custom Services not set forth on Amendment A, in which case Company will consult with Customer as to the terms and conditions of the Services requested.
Services to be Furnished. Seller shall furnish to Buyer the services of Seller's employees named or described in this contract. Such services shall be furnished at the place or places and during the period or periods specified in this contract. Unless otherwise provided in this contract, such employees shall perform such services for Buyer as Buyer shall from time to time request and, except for sickness and other unavoidable absence, all such employees shall be made available by Seller for services hereunder during Xxxxx's customary work shifts at the place of performance, eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday, except Buyer's customary holidays at the place of performance, and except for such overtime on weekdays and Saturday, Sunday and holiday work as Buyer may reasonably request.
