Regular Schedule. Tuition is based on my child’s contracted hours of service. If my child’s schedule changes in any way, I will notify SELC immediately. Tuition and/or Childcare Fees are not pro-rated for illness, holidays, or emergen- cy closures. I agree to pay the full tuition even if my child is absent for one or more days.
Regular Schedule. An employee on a regular schedule will be scheduled for five (5) consecutive days of work and two (2) consecutive days off within the workweek. An employee may agree to a different scheduling of days off.
Regular Schedule. All CTE Academy Coordinators (hereafter, CTEACs) will have a daily work schedule inclusive of lunch and their compensation for regular hours of work shall be considered regular salary and pensionable under Article 36-4.1. Regular Schedule. The normal daily schedule for all Police Officers who work administrative jobs (e.g., Criminal Investigations, Public Information, Research & Development, Training Officer, and Fleet & Supply Officer) and those Police Officers not assigned to the Patrol Section shall be for a ten (10) hour shift between 0500 and 1900 hours. Officers working the ten (10) hour shift shall work four (4) consecutive days, consisting of Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Regular Schedule. Work schedules shall be determined by the Court. New regular employees will be assigned the FTE and work schedule associated with the position for which they were hired. Thereafter, the Court and employee shall endeavor to set individual work schedules by mutual agreement. In the event an employee and the Court cannot establish a mutually acceptable work schedule, the Court shall set the work schedule after giving consideration to the employee’s request, service needs and the needs of the Court. Among similarly situated and qualified employees, the Court would first ask for volunteers and then apply seniority among that group. The Court shall give the employee two (2) weeks’ notice before changing the employee’s regular work schedule, except in cases of temporary or emergency changes or less than two (2) weeks by mutual agreement between the employee and their supervisor.

The normal daily schedule and days off for officers assigned to the Patrol Section shall be as follows: The Patrol Section shall be divided into two (2) twelve and one-half (12 ½) hour watches. First Watch shall work 0500 to 1730 hours. Second Watch shall work 1700 to 0530 hours. This includes twelve and one-half (12½) hours of work after the start of the watch including two (2) mealtimes and two (2) rest periods. The two (2) mealtimes shall be provided for during the normal workday and they shall be for a period of thirty (30) minutes each. In addition, there shall be one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period before and one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period after mealtime provided for in the normal workday. Regular Schedule. 15.2.1 Employees working a regular schedule (neither flexible nor compressed) who are relieved or prevented from working on a day designated as a holiday will receive their regular rate of basic pay for eight (8) hours on that day.
Regular Schedule. Current schedules for regular part time Therapeutic Recreationists will follow a four (4) week rotation and will not exceed forty-five (45) hours per bi-weekly pay period. Current schedules for regular part time Restorative Care Workers will follow a four (4) week rotation and will not exceed sixty (60) hours per bi-weekly pay period.
Regular Schedule. The regular work week of a full-time Confidential employee normally is forty (40) hours Monday through Friday, and the regular work day shall be eight (8) hours. The scheduling of the hours and the work week, however, shall be at the sole discretion of the District management.
