All Goods will be packaged in the manner determined by Crow Works, unless otherwise requested by you and agreed to in writing by Crow Works. In the event an individual is required to be present at the time Goods are unloaded at your facility, it shall be your responsibility to ensure such individual is present. You acknowledge that even if Crow Works assists with the coordination of shipping, freight and risk of loss remain your responsibility. In no event shall Crow Works or its representatives be required to coordinate moving, unpacking or provide assembly services. All shipping and delivery dates are approximate and delivery is subject to unavoidable delays. Crow Works shall not be liable for any delays or damage, loss or expense incurred by you. You agree that Crow Works may make partial shipments of Goods, and each shipment will constitute a separate and independent transaction.

If it is necessary for materials to be shipped to the Hotel, each item must be packed properly and marked with (a) the guest/organization name and contact; (b) date of the function, and (c) name of the Hotel contact. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept packages that appear damaged. The Hotel assumes liability for packages that are received by the Hotel and are then misplaced prior to being accepted by the guest. The Hotel will not accept responsibility for materials delivered to the Hotel prior to 14 days before the Event. The Hotel will receive, and store shipped materials and boxes at no additional charge to the NCAA or guests.

Shipping and Handling. Shipping and handling fees for are to be paid for by the manufacturer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair or replace any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or replacement product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt. On all orders, we include the cost of shipping in the invoice. Tracking numbers for shipment will be provided to the retailer the day before delivery. All orders will be shipped “Next Day”.
