No board of arbitration established pursuant to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this contract has jurisdiction to make any decision within the jurisdiction of the Labour Relations Board and nothing herein is intended to affect the jurisdiction of the Labour Board to resolve disputes related to the application of the provisions of the statute. For purposes of of the Ontario Labour Relations Act and of the Canada Labour Code, the Ontario Labour Relations Board or the Canada Labour Relations Board shall be deemed to be a Board of Arbitration for the resolution of disputes related to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of this provision of the Collective Agreement.
