Sole Arbitrator. When either party requests that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, the request shall be made in writing addressed to the other party of the Agreement. Within five (5) working days thereafter the parties shall select a sole arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree on the selection of an arbitrator the appointment shall be made by the Director of the Arbitration Bureau upon the request of either party.
