Special Rules. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF ANY BORROWER'S DOMICILE AT THE TIME OF THE EXECUTION OF THIS INSTRUMENT, AGREEMENT OR DOCUMENT AND ADMINISTERED BY J.A.M.S. WHO WILL APPOINT AN ARBITRATOR; IF J.A.M.S. IS UNABLE OR LEGALLY PRECLUDED FROM ADMINISTERING THE ARBITRATION, THEN THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION WILL SERVE. ALL ARBITRATION HEARINGS WILL BE COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION; FURTHER, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ONLY, UPON A SHOWING OF CAUSE, BE PERMITTED TO EXTEND THE COMMENCEMENT OF SUCH HEARING FOR UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 60 DAYS.
Special Rules. The following rules shall apply for purposes of this section:
Special Rules. All arbitration hearings shall be conducted in the city named in the address of Bank first stated above. A hearing shall begin within 90 days of demand for arbitration and all hearings shall conclude within 120 days of demand for arbitration. These time limitations may not be extended unless a party shows cause for extension and then for no more than a total of 60 days. The expedited procedures set forth in Rule 51 et seq. of the Arbitration Rules shall be applicable to claims of less than $1,000,000.00. Arbitrators shall be licensed attorneys selected from the Commercial Financial Dispute Arbitration Panel of the AAA. The parties do not waive applicable Federal or state substantive law except as provided herein.
Special Rules. (i) The arbitration shall be conducted in any U.S. state where real or tangible personal property collateral is located, or if there is no such collateral, in the City and County where Lender is located pursuant to its address for notice purposes in this Agreement.

Special Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the city of the Borrower's domicile at time of the execution of this instrument, agreement or document and administered by J.A.M.S. who will appoint an arbitrator; if J.A.M.S. is unable or legally precluded from administering the arbitration, then the American Arbitration Association will serve. All arbitration hearings will be commenced within 90 days of the demand for arbitration; further, the arbitrator shall only, upon a showing of cause, be permitted to extend the commencement of such hearing for up to an additional 60 days.

Special Rules. If the Participant has in effect a valid waiver election regarding the qualified joint and survivor annuity or the preretirement survivor annuity, the Advisory Committee must direct the Trustee to distribute the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit in accordance with Sections 6.01, 6.02 and 6.03. The Advisory Committee will reduce the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit by any security interest (pursuant to any offset rights authorized by Section 10.03[E]) held by the Plan by reason of a Participant loan to determine the value of the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit distributable in the form of a qualified joint and survivor annuity or preretirement survivor annuity, provided any post-August 18, 1985, loan satisfied the spousal consent requirement described in Section 10.03[E] of the Plan. For purposes of applying this Article VI, the Advisory Committee treats a former spouse as the Participant's spouse or surviving spouse to the extent provided under a qualified domestic relations order described in Section 6.07. The provisions of this Section 6.04, and of Sections 6.05 and 6.06, apply separately to the portion of the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit subject to the qualified domestic relations order and to the portion of the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit not subject to that order.
