Staff Meeting. (99) An employee required by the Company to attend a staff meeting during their normal working hours shall be compensated at their hourly base rate of pay for the time thus spent even though such meetings may run over the normal working hours. Attendance for staff meetings will be on a voluntary basis for those employees who are not scheduled on that day.
