Staff Meeting. A staff meeting shall be held prior to June 15 for the purpose of discussing the proposed timetable and teaching assignments for the next school year.
Staff Meeting. (99) An employee required by the Company to attend a staff meeting during their normal working hours shall be compensated at their hourly base rate of pay for the time thus spent even though such meetings may run over the normal working hours. Attendance for staff meetings will be on a voluntary basis for those employees who are not scheduled on that day.

Staff Meeting. 1. The right of Administrative Officers to schedule staff meetings as provided for in the School Act Regulations is recognized.
Staff Meeting. The parties agree to form a committee comprised of equal representation from the Board and the Association. The mandate of this committee will be to research best practices around staff meetings and to establish a staff meeting guideline. The committee will complete its mandate by the end of June 2016. The parties agree to implement the guideline for September 1, 2016. The parties shall meet and review the guideline annually and any changes require the support of both parties. The staff meeting guideline will address the following: • Frequency • Scheduling • Length • Calendar • Agenda • Attendance • Exceptional circumstances The guideline will be reviewed by the administration at the first staff meeting.
Staff Meeting. 48.1 Employees will be allowed one hour each fortnight to attend a team meeting within their work unit on appropriate matters concerning the workplace. An agenda and minutes is to be submitted to the relevant manager to ensure productivity.
Staff Meeting is a meeting called by management for employees it may or may not be mandatory. Meeting will be posted one week (7 days) prior to being held and management will specify if it is mandatory or not.
