Patent Infringement and Labor Standards The Contractor guarantees that any items provided to DCF hereunder were manufactured or produced in accordance with applicable Federal labor laws, and that the sale or use of said items shall not infringe any United States patent. The Contractor shall at its own expense defend every suit brought against DCF for any alleged patent infringement by reason of the sale or use of such items, provided that the Contractor is promptly notified of such suit, and is given all related documents. The Contractor shall pay all costs, damages, and profits recoverable in any such infringement lawsuit. Antitrust Assignment By entering into this Contract, the Contractor conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the State all rights, title and interest in and to all causes of action, claims and demands of whatever nature it may now have or hereafter acquire under the antitrust laws of the United States and the State, relating to the particular goods or services purchased or acquired by the State under this Contract.

The Provider agrees that all services provided under this Agreement meet conditions under State and Federal civil rights compliance requirements, including the Equal Opportunity Requirements under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, Equal Pay Act of 1963, Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Public Accommodations and Amusements Law of 1965, Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, and any related provisions of Wisconsin Statutes and Wisconsin Administrative Code. Further, the Provider agrees to comply with all guidelines issued by the DVR to ensure implementation of these and other related State and Federal requirements.
