Subject to 12. 03 hereof, and all other provisions of this Agreement, an employee's seniority shall be according to the length of his continuous hourly-paid employment by the Company plus all seniority he last held in this bargaining unit while still an employee of the Orenda Aerospace Corporation, if his employment by the Company continued therefrom without a break. For employees hired on the same day their lay-off and recall rights shall be established by the lowest last three digits of the employee's Social Insurance Number. For the purpose of this article the employee with the lowest three digits will be given preference. Where the last three digits are the same the fourth from last digit will apply.
Subject to 12. 07 (a), seniority is based upon the length of continuous employment with the Employer since the last date of hire but adjusted to recognize any periods of leave of absence in which seniority was maintained but did not accumulate.
Subject to 12. 6.1 each party shall deliver up to the other all materials, reports, and other documents (including copies thereof) in its possession or control containing Restricted Information of the other party, and each will cease to make use of the others Restricted Information;
Subject to 12. 1, the Lessor undertakes to maintain the external walls, roofs, foundation, concealed plumbing, electrical installations, piping and conduiting in good repair and condition.
Subject to 12. 3.l, an employee shall work during meal breaks at ordinary rates of pay whenever instructed to do so for the purpose of making good breakdown of plant or upon routine maintenance of plant which can only be done while the plant is idle.
