Successors and Assigns of Issuer and Guarantor Bound by Supplemental Indenture. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Issuer shall bind its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Guarantor shall bind its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.

  • Supplemental Indentures and Amendments 43 SECTION 9.01

  • Execution of Supplemental Indentures In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Section 601) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

  • Execution of Supplemental Indenture for Future Guarantors Each Subsidiary which is required to become a Guarantor pursuant to any Section of the Indenture shall promptly execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture in the form of Exhibit C hereto pursuant to which such Subsidiary shall become a Guarantor under this Article Thirteen and shall guarantee the Obligations. Each Person then a Guarantor authorizes the Issuer to enter into such a supplemental indenture on its behalf.
