Supplemental Indentures definition

Supplemental Indentures means the Supplemental Indentures identified in the definition of the term “Senior Notes”.

Supplemental Indentures means, collectively, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, the Sixth Supplemental Indenture, the Seventh Supplemental Indenture, the Eighth Supplemental Indenture, the Ninth Supplemental Indenture, the Tenth Supplemental Indenture, the Eleventh Supplemental Indenture, the Twelfth Supplemental Indenture, the Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Assumed Indenture and the Fourth Supplemental Assumed Indenture and “Supplemental Indenture” means any one of them.

Supplemental Indentures. ’ means, collectively, the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, and ‘‘Supplemental Indenture’’ means any one of them.

Examples of Supplemental Indentures in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, from the date hereof until the earlier to occur of the valid termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article VIII and the Closing, except as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, including pursuant to the Supplemental Indentures, as set forth on Schedule 5.1 or as otherwise approved in writing by Buyer, Seller will not incur any Indebtedness of the types set forth in clauses (i) or (ii) of the definition of Indebtedness.

More Definitions of Supplemental Indentures

Supplemental Indentures means an indenture supplemental to the Trust Indenture pursuant to which, among other things, a series of Debt Securities may be issued in accordance with the terms of the Trust Indenture, and includes, collectively, the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture and the Sixth Supplemental Indenture.

Supplemental Indentures means, collectively, the Series A Supplement and the Series B Supplement; and a reference to a particular “Supplemental Indenture” means the supplemental indenture relating to the relevant series of Debentures, as the context requires.

Supplemental Indentures means, collectively, (a) a supplemental indenture to the Senior Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, by and between OLP and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D-1, and (b) a supplemental indenture to the Subordinated Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, by and between OLP and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D-2.

Supplemental Indentures means the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture.

Supplemental Indentures means the supplements to the Base Indenture, establishing the terms of the Securities.
