Supplemental Indentures definition

Supplemental Indentures means the Supplemental Indentures identified in the definition of the termSenior Notes”.
Supplemental Indentures. ’ means, collectively, the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, and ‘‘Supplemental Indenture’’ means any one of them.

More Definitions of Supplemental Indentures

Supplemental Indentures means an indenture supplemental to the Trust Indenture pursuant to which, among other things, a series of Debt Securities may be issued in accordance with the terms of the Trust Indenture, and includes, collectively, the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture and the Sixth Supplemental Indenture.
Supplemental Indentures means, collectively, the Series A Supplement and the Series B Supplement; and a reference to a particular “Supplemental Indenture” means the supplemental indenture relating to the relevant series of Debentures, as the context requires.
